Return & Cancellation Policy
At Willows Home Interiors, every piece of furniture is crafted with care and precision. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with both our products and service.
Bespoke and Made-to-Order Sofas
All sofas are bespoke and made to order according to the customer’s selected specifications, including size, fabric, colour, and configuration.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once production has commenced, except in the event of manufacturing defect or damage.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an inspection and, where appropriate, a repair, replacement, or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
After this time, materials are allocated and manufacturing processes initiated, and the order becomes non-refundable.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at Willowshomeinteriors19@gmail.com quoting your order number. Confirmation of your cancellation will be provided in writing.
Ready-Made Items
For any non-bespoke or ready-made items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect resaleable condition.
Return delivery or collection costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty upon inspection.
Collections and Returns

Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
