At Willows Home Interiors, we take great care to ensure your furniture is delivered safely and efficiently. Every order is handled by our in-house team or trusted delivery partners who specialise in furniture transport.
Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery within a 50-mile radius of our factory.
If you are located outside this area, please contact us before placing your order, as additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is ready, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
Delivery dates are estimated and may vary depending on production schedules and transport logistics. We will always communicate any changes promptly.
Access Requirements
Please ensure suitable access is available for the delivery of your furniture. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that items will fit through doorways, staircases, and access points.
Any failed delivery due to restricted access may incur additional redelivery charges.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are confirmed at the time of order and are based on location and item size.
Charges for deliveries beyond our standard 50-mile radius will be quoted individually.
Factory Collections
Customers are welcome to collect their furniture directly from our factory by prior arrangement. Collection appointments must be confirmed in advance to ensure your order is ready and safely packaged.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture carefully. Any damage or faults must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
We recommend keeping all original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
